Christopher F. Kelly Sr. - President
Since October 1994, Christopher F. Kelly Sr. has been the owner/president of Kelly HVAC Inc., a full service mechanical, sheet metal and plumbing contractor specializing in the service industry. Before starting his own business, Mr. Kelly completed five years in the Steamfitters Local 602 Apprenticeship Program while working for Giant Foods and Johnson Controls. He has over 20 years of mechanical experience with emphasis on specialty HVAC applications such as clean rooms, designing of computer room systems, and ice rinks.
Mr. Kelly has been active with the Mechanical Contractors Association since 1995. He served on the Service Bureau Committee for two years before joining the Executive Committee of the MCAA. In 2005, Mr. Kelly served as the President of MCA. In 2002, he was appointed to the Maryland Apprentice and Training Council for the Maryland State Government in Annapolis, Maryland, for a four year term. He is very active with the community and coaches many sports for the Davidsonville Athletic Association.
Philip Hulsey – Service Manager/Project Manager
Phil Hulsey has been with Kelly HVAC since 1997. He has over 30 years of extensive knowledge and experience in all types of HVAC applications, HVAC controls, and repairs/maintenance and is a licensed Master Journeyman in both Washington DC and Maryland. Before joining Kelly HVAC, Mr. Hulsey operated his own mechanical company for residential and light commercial work. Presently, Phil oversees all of the HVAC needs and schedules all services. He is active in the Mechanical Contractors Association Service Committee.
Victor Duran – Sheet Metal Supervisor
Victor Duran joined Kelly HVAC in 2003. He has over 30 years of experience in all sheet metal requirements. In addition, Mr. Duran can perform air balances and diagnose air flow problems and solutions.
Tom Seymour – Plumbing Superintendent/Project Manager
Tom Seymour has been with Kelly HVAC since 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in construction and service plumbing needs and is a licensed Master Plumber for Washington DC and Maryland. Before joining Kelly HVAC to head up our plumbing department, Mr. Seymour served as a plumber, foreman, supervisor and estimator/project manager for several other companies. Presently, Mr. Seymour oversees and supervises the construction and services plumbing staff as well as handles all estimates, quotes and project management for our customers’ plumbing needs.
Debby Caudle – Office Manager
Debby Caudle has been with Kelly HVAC since 1997 when she was hired to organize and run the office and financial needs for the company. Ms. Caudle has over 25 years of experience in accounting and office procedures in the construction field. In addition to her normal office duties, Ms. Caudle assists with the service department in scheduling maintenance and service for our customers. She also handles all the administrative needs for our construction projects including AIA requirements, change orders, submittals and O&M manuals.
Stephanie Nalls – Financial Assistant
Stephanie Nalls joined Kelly HVAC in 2001 as an accounts payable clerk and has since been promoted to Financial Assistant. She has over 5 years experience in many areas of administration and accounting and now handles all of accounts payables and service billing. In addition, she controls our purchasing system and assists with service when called upon.
