Christopher F. Kelly Sr.
Since October 1994, Christopher F. Kelly Sr. has been the owner/president of Kelly HVAC Inc., a full service mechanical contractor specializing in the service industry. Before starting his own business, Mr. Kelly completed five years in the Steamfitters Local 602 Apprenticeship Program while working for Giant Foods and Johnson Controls. He has over 30 years of mechanical experience with emphasis on specialty HVAC applications such as clean rooms, designing of computer room systems, and ice rinks.
Mr. Kelly has been active with the Mechanical Contractors Association since 1995. He served on the Service Bureau Committee for five years before joining the Executive Committee of the MCAA. In 2005, Mr. Kelly served as the President of MCA. In 2002, he was appointed to the Maryland Apprentice and Training Council for the Maryland State Government in Annapolis, Maryland, for a 12 year term. He is very active with the community and coaches many sports for the Davidsonville Athletic Association.
Chris Smith

Chris Smith joined the Kelly Team in May 2009 after he retired from the Prince George’s County Police Department where he was a detective and served 20 years.

Patricia Christensen
Patricia Christensen has been with Kelly HVAC since 2015. Mrs. Christensen has over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial procedures. At Kelly HVAC, she oversees various accounting operations, manages billing, A/R, A/P, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Reconciliation, supports month-end and year-end close processes, manages quality control over financial transactions and reporting, manages and complies with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings as well as additional comptroller duties as necessary.
Christopher F. Kelly, Jr.
Chris Kelly, Jr., joined Kelly HVAC in 2016 as Sales and Marketing Associate and has been promoted to VP of operations in February 2022. Chris Jr. contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies, helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered. He develops sales strategies and approaches for services such as promotions, sponsored events, etc., and can answer client questions about our service benefits. Chris Jr. maintains excellent relationships with our clients through superior customer service.
Danielle Gascon
In 2016, Ms. Gascon joined the Kelly HVAC team as the Administrative Assistant and has since grown with the company. Ms. Gascon deals with database management and various organizational activities while providing support to the different departments at Kelly HVAC. She manages the data entry, administrative tasks, and internal/external communications. She also manages bid coordination and support for the project managers when needed.
Melanie Kilgore
Melanie Kilgore joined the Kelly HVAC service department in 2022. Melanie has over 14 years’ experience in the Commercial, Government, & Residential HVAC Service industry as a Service Coordinator taking pride in ensuring the customers’ needs are met from scheduling services, issuing purchase orders, managing projects and contracts all the way to creating and submitting invoices. Here at Kelly HVAC Ms. Kilgore is responsible for managing and scheduling service calls, handling customer relations, questions, & concerns, appointing daily assignments to our technicians, and researching and ordering parts needed for job sites. Laura Bjorn
Mrs. Bjorn joined the Kelly HVAC team in 2021 as the Office Manager. Mrs. Bjorn organizes and coordinates office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. She is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative tasks, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation. Mrs. Bjorn coordinates and facilitates bids for the project managers. She also manages and develops special administration projects.
